We propose a build that fits the room, and you add, swap or scale it to taste. Trays serve ten apiece, so the headcount does most of the maths for you.

Before you book.
What's the minimum catering order?
For delivery, $200 in food and beverage. For pickup there's no minimum at all — order one tray if that's what the room needs. The kitchen comfortably handles anything from a table of eight up to about two hundred.
How much notice do you need?
Two and a half hours for a standard order placed through ezCater, whether you're collecting it or having it delivered. That covers most office lunches booked the same morning. Large or unusual events — a wedding, a full-venue buyout, a menu we'd need to build for you — should come through the inquiry form with as much lead time as you can give.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes — $19.95 and up, depending on how far the order travels. Pickup from 4032 Cedar Springs Rd is free and has no order minimum, which is usually the cheaper option if someone can collect.
Do you have gluten-free options for catering?
Every pizza on the menu has a gluten-free version — all twenty-three of them, from Margherita to the Pizzati Deluxe, not a single token option. Gluten-free pies start at $12.99. Do tell us when you order so the kitchen can take the usual precautions.
Is the food really pork-free?
Yes, across the whole menu. The pepperoni is 100% beef, and everything else is built to match — so a mixed room can order from any part of the menu without anyone having to check first.
Are plates and utensils included?
No — utensils are a separate $0.75 add-on in ezCater's Miscellaneous category, so add them to the cart if the venue doesn't have them. Worth catching before you check out rather than at the table.
Can you cater a wedding or a late-night event?
Yes. The kitchen runs to 2 AM most nights and 4 AM on Friday and Saturday, which is later than almost anything else near Cedar Springs — late-night events are genuinely easy for us. For weddings and anything needing a custom build, use the inquiry form and we'll come back the same business day.
