What we collect
We only collect information you actively give us, plus a small amount of standard web data.
Form submissions — When you submit a catering inquiry or contact form, we receive your name, email, phone, and message. These are delivered to info@pizzatiusa.com via Web3Forms.
Cookies & local storage — If you accept analytics, we set cookies for Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We also store your consent choice in your browser's localStorage under the key `cookie-consent`.
Server access logs — Our web server records standard request data (IP address, timestamp, user-agent, requested URL). These logs are retained for 14 days for security and abuse prevention, then deleted.
Cookies & consent
We use Google Consent Mode v2 and default to denied — meaning no analytics or advertising cookies are set until you make a choice.
On your first visit, you'll see a consent banner at the bottom of the page. Choosing Accept enables analytics_storage and ad_storage (for GA4 and Meta Pixel). Choosing Decline keeps them off and only essential functionality runs.

Your rights
You can email info@pizzatiusa.com at any time to request that we delete the contents of a form you submitted to us. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
This is a US-based small business and we are not formally bound by GDPR or CCPA — but we will honor reasonable access, correction, and deletion requests from California and EU residents regardless. Just ask.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please email info@pizzatiusa.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the Effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this section for at least 30 days.
