The oven runs seven nights a week. Friday and Saturday we stretch until four — the only slice in the neighborhood after midnight.

A short walk from Knight Street, a block from the Round-Up, a five-minute drive from Oak Lawn. Plenty of after-6 parking, and the late-night crowd that keeps the oven warm.
